The "mmCon1" is a millimeter-wave 5G compatible up-down converter that frequency converts the ultra-wideband 6GHz baseband to the millimeter-wave band of 27 to 43GHz. It has a built-in PLL synthesizer, allowing frequency settings from 27 to 43GHz and TX/RX gain settings to be configured via USB from a PC. Equipped with an STM32F microcontroller, it includes A/D and D/A converters, enabling standalone millimeter-wave transmission and reception for bandwidths below 100kHz.
